2006 Projects - Current

Pine Crest School - Fort Lauderdale, FL - New Varsity Locker Rooms for swim team. This was a complete gut of the existing building and rework of entire electrical system.

Bethany Retreat - Lutz, FL - Conferencing center for Diocese of St. Petersburg. This is Phase I of a 4 year project.

St. Regis Residences - Fort Lauderdale, FL - 30 Hi-End condominiums at St. Regis Resort on Fort Lauderdale Beach. Our work includes lighting, power, data/voice cabling and fire alarm system.

Sunset Park - Plantation, FL - Repair and replacement of sports lighting system due to damage sustained from Hurricane Wilma. Working heights are 90 feet above ground and all 300 light fixtures in the park were relamped.

Residential Generators - Misc. generator installations in Palm Beach and Broward County.

Walkway Lighting - Installation of walkway lighting in new walkways for the Palm Beach Schools and Broward County Schools.

2005 Projects - Completed

Liquid Assets Group Warehouse - Dania, FL - 40,000 sq. ft. tenant build out for a furniture supplier. Extensive hi-bay lighting and addition of offices inside of warehouse facility.

American Heritage School Modular Relocation - Plantation, FL - Relocation of 6 unit classroom building from one side of the campus to the opposite side. Building is being relocated to make way for the new media center that is scheduled to break ground March 2005. Our work includes a new electrical service and subfeeds for building power. We also completed data/telephone cabling system.

Ocean Marina Sales Center - Hallandale Beach, FL - Sales center for new 27 story hi-rise building scheduled to break ground in early 2005. Our work includes complete electrical installation including service and subfeeds as well as site lighting and landscape lighting.

Mankind - Fort Lauderdale, FL - Hi End Mens Barber Shop and Grooming Facility. Electrical work includes complete electrical installaton including hi voltage and lo voltage services and all lighting and power. All data/voice/cable and fire alarm work was also performed in our contract. All lighting is monorail systems and aircraft cable hung.

999 Eller Drive - Dania Beach, FL - 30,000 sq. ft. tenant build out for a food service supplier. Extensive hi-bay lighting and addition of offices inside of warehouse facility.

St. Petersburg Catholic High School Fine Arts Center - St. Petersburg, FL - Addition a multipurpose building to serve for classrooms and a performing arts complex with a complete stage lighting system and dimming system.

Colonnades Condominium Conversion - Plantation, FL - Conversion of 230 unit condominium property to apartments. Work includes extensive life safety requirements, upgrades to all electrical services and owner upgrades to units including light fixture removal and reinstallation as well as device removal and reinstallation.

Cardinal Gibbons High School  - Fort Lauderdale, FL - Renovation of Building C for new science classrooms.

American Heritage Plantation - Plantation, FL - New State of the art media center. Our work included all lighting and power as well as low voltage systems including fire alarm system and design of data/voice system.
